TNR 200 Hymach shredder

Description and Features

The TNR 200 is a maxi rotor flail mower with a belt for collecting the mowed material. It is specifically designed for grass mowing situations that require that the mowed material does not fall into water in order to limit the proliferation of algae in watercourses. The cut grass, in fact, like all organic compounds, in contact with water quickly tends to rot, creating the phenomenon of eutrophication characterised by the excessive production of nitrogen that contributes to the uncontrolled proliferation of algae and aquatic plants and at the same time creates problems for fish fauna and water quality.

How it works

The TNR200 shredder has a useful cutting mouth of 205 cm to limit the number of passages through the banks of watercourses. This dimension contributes to limiting the fallout of mowed grass into the water. Thanks to the system for conveying the mown grass, it is also placed far from the water for eventual collection at a later date.

The system consists of a special conveyor belt that turns at an ideal speed to collect the cut vegetation and convey it upwards. At the same time, the cut vegetation is arranged to facilitate collection if it is to be removed from the bank, even in cases where recovery as biomass for biogas production is planned.
